The free 90-minute Workflow Opportunity Workshop is the qualified second step after a 20-minute Workflow Fit Call. It is not directly bookable.

This sequence keeps the workshop concrete. Before inviting you, we first establish that the workflow has sufficient volume or risk, a stable enough systems landscape, a participating process owner and a measurable operational outcome.

  • Next-step decision on whether a paid Workflow Assessment is justified

Participants and preparation

  • Format: remote by Zoom or Google Meet
  • Participants: the process owner and, where useful, one representative from IT or ERP ownership
  • Preparation: a concise process description; representative emails, PDFs or spreadsheets are helpful but optional

If the economic and technical case is credible, the next commercial step is normally a paid Workflow Assessment of €3,000–€8,000, depending on scope.
